In summer you can only get to the Schneiderkogel on foot.

The Schneiderkogel is located directly on the Tauplitzalm. The chairlift to the Schneiderkogel is only in operation in winter.

In case of suitable snow conditions at the beginning of December until one week after Easter.

Hiking in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut is free of charge.
