Typical alpine dishes, homemade pastries, and a hearty roast from the oven for five people can be served upon request. The offer is complemented by self-distilled schnapps – made with ingredients from the immediate surroundings.
The products reflect the rootedness in the region and turn the visit into a true taste experience.
The hut is accessible on foot from Tauplitz in about two hours – the path is also suitable for families with strollers. Those who particularly value coziness can drive to the nearby parking lot and then take about a 40-minute walk to the Johnsleitner Hut.
