Jausenstation Stieger, a hidden gem set amidst unspoilt nature!

Current information

Due to the dry period and insufficient fresh water supply in our pond, we unfortunately have to interrupt fishing at our pond on short notice.

We ask for your understanding.

In our snack station we offer you a pleasant atmosphere and are happy to serve you good home-style cooking along with small hot and cold snacks. Additionally, we offer various soups and lunch menus every day. Highly recommended is our house classic, the warm-smoked char served with horseradish cream and garlic sticks. On request, we gladly prepare all dishes including fried chars for you.

Coming from Bad Mitterndorf: B145 exit Knoppen, pass through the village Knoppen past the elementary school and turn left at the intersection Mühlreith. Follow the course of the road and the signposts.

Coming from Bad Aussee: B145 exit Pichl (fire station), turn right at the next intersection in the village and continue eastward. Turn right at the intersection Mühlreith. Follow the course of the road and the signposts.
