Kulm Loipe (M1) starts at Bahnhof Tauplitz and leads past the „Kulm flying hill“ to Krungl, a small district in Bad Mitterndorf district.

A truly unique feature: the trail runs directly through the landing and outrun area of the „Kulm ski flying hill“ – an experience you’ll only find here. Along the way, the view opens up to the Grimming, the highest free-standing mountain in the Alps. A view you won’t forget.

Classified as an easy and flat route with a length of just 5.64 km, it is perfect for beginners, leisurely skiers, or a relaxed ski Tour. It’s also used for cross-country technique training.

Note: During the ski flying event at Kulm, the trail is closed and cannot be used.

It is best to plan your journey to the entry point in Tauplitz using google.at/maps.
Parking is available near the entry point at Tauplitz train station.

From Tauplitz train station, the flat trail leads past the Kulm ski jump to the district of Krungl. You pass directly through the landing and outrun area of the Kulm ski jump.
