Cross-country skiing fees and cross-country skiing tickets
Due to a change of system, cross-country ski pass sales are moving to a new platform. In future, tickets will be available directly at www.loipenticket.at.
Advance sales for the upcoming winter season are expected to start in early November 2026.

2026/2027 Standard Season Pass & 2026/2027 Plus Season Pass
New: Standard Youth Season Pass for those born between 2006 and 2011.
The difference between the 2026/2027 Standard Season Pass and the 2026/2027 Plus Season Pass is that the Plus Pass additionally includes daily round trips with the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße bus and the 4-seater chairlift of the Tauplitz Bergbahnen. You can use these trips once per day. The Standard Season Pass, however, does not include these trips.

Cross-country skiing season tickets for Bad Mitterndorf and Ramsau am Dachstein

The combination season ticket offers cross-country skiing fun from Bad Mitterndorf to Ramsau am Dachstein.

Full-Day and Half-Day Tickets
1-Day Trail Ticket & Afternoon Trail Ticket
With the right cross-country ski trail ticket, you are all set for a great day on the trails: In the 2026/2027 season, the day ticket including lift/bus ascent to the Tauplitzalm is once again available.
The day ticket including lift/bus ascent include a free round trip with the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße bus from Bad Mitterndorf and a round trip with the 4-seater chairlift of the Tauplitz Bergbahnen from Tauplitz.
For cross-country skiers, the day ticket including lift/bus ascent is available for €25.00 per person. The day ticket without ascent is available for €17.00 per person.
For those who prefer to spend just half a day on the trails, the afternoon ticket is available from 12:00 noon for €13.00 per person.
Children up to their 15th birthday can use the trails for free, but must still obtain a valid free day ticket for the round trips on the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße and Tauplitz Bergbahnen.

3-Day Trail Ticket, 7-Day Trail Ticket
Multi-Day Tickets
New for the 2026/2027 season: The 3-day and 7-day tickets are now also available including lift/bus ascent to the Tauplitzalm.
The 3-day and 7-day tickets including lift/bus ascent include a free round trip with the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße bus from Bad Mitterndorf and a round trip with the 4-seater chairlift of the Tauplitz Bergbahnen from Tauplitz.
- 3-Day Ticket without lift/bus ascent: €66.00 per person
- 3-Day Ticket Plus: €66.00 per person
- 7-Day Ticket lift/bus ascent: €64.00 per person
- 7-Day Ticket Plus: €119.00 per person
The tickets are valid for three or seven consecutive days, respectively.

Group Cross-Country Skiing Tickets
Cross-country skiing is twice as much fun when you do it together, and our group offer makes it even more attractive.
A group consists of 13 people: while 12 people pay the regular price for the cross-country ski pass, the 13th person receives their pass free of charge.
Children and young people up to their 15th birthday can use the trails free of charge and do not need a ticket.

Trail tickets at the parking ticket machines
Day and half-day tickets (except for day ticket including ascent) can be purchased at seven parking ticket machines located at the following spots:
- Tauplitz Freiberg (at the cross-country ski parking lot)
- Tauplitzalm parking lot (by the ski trail)
- Krungl Wellness Apartments Kanzler (at the cross-country ski parking lot)
- Aldiana GrimmingTherme (at the entrance to the spa)
- Laasenhof Riding School (at the cross-country ski parking lot)
- Obersdorf (by the ski trail)
- Kainisch Ödensee parking lot (after the train station)
Note: Payment can be made with coins or by bank card.
Please note! Children up to their 15th birthday can use the trails for free, but must still obtain a valid free day ticket for the round trips on the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße and Tauplitz Bergbahnen. This ticket can be obtained or activated anytime via the online shop.
NOTICE for Using the Trails
The use of and access to the trails is only permitted with a valid trail ticket. The trail ticket must be presented to the controllers without being asked. The validity of the ticket will be checked by scanning it. Without a valid trail ticket, a replacement fee of €147.00 will be charged.
