From Bad Mitterndorf tennis hall (connection via center and parking Grimminghalle) via Neuhofen-East to Krunglbach and Bad Heilbrunn/Salzastausee. Return along Salza and via Neuhofen-West.
Mostly flat path, a few climbs in the forest.
Perfect surface, a mix of gravel, asphalt and forest floor.

From the Bad Mitterndorf tennis hall, head briefly east and then immediately through the underpasses of the B 145 federal highway. Then the path leads along a meadow path always in the direction of the Salza reservoir.
Past the hotel Optimamed Gesundheitsresort Bad Mitterndorf (thermal spa Heilbrunn) you go along the Krunglbach following a pleasant forest path always back towards Bad Mitterndorf.
Ideally suited for beginners, as mostly flat.
For athletes perfect for interval training or similar.
