The route starts at the Bad Mitterndorf indoor tennis centre. From there, it heads east through the Kranawettwaldl and continues south into the Eckwald. This section is the most challenging part of the tour: fast, flowing forest trails offer real trail action and are particularly great fun for children. The route then leads to the start of the Salza reservoir. Passing the Kraglhütte or the sculpture park, it continues to the barefoot park with its Kneipp facilities and tree trail, before returning to the starting point.
