The cross-country ski-track „Lärchwald Loipe“ is part of the more than 200 kilometers long Salzkammergut trails.

Enjoy the fantastic alpine panorama at 1,600 m above sea level!

You will also find the prices for the cross-country skiing maps and an overview of the distribution points for Bad Mitterndorf, Tauplitz and the Tauplitzalm.

Arrival by car to Tauplitz to the valley station of the 4-seater chairlift. From there, take the 4-seater chairlift to the high plateau.
Arrival from Bad Mitterndorf by car to the Tauplitzalm. (toll road)

A challenge is the snow-sure Lärchwald - Höhenloipe, which is also used as a training center for world champions and Olympic champions.You enjoy a dreamlike cross-country skiing vacation in the high alpine, snow-sure cross-country skiing area.

Salzkammergut Shuttle Ausseerland - individual call taxi
On five routes between Sandling and Grimming daily from 07:00 to 22:00 on the road.

Free parking is available in the village of Tauplitz, near the 4-seater chairlift, and on the Tauplitzalm. At the end of the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm begins directly the cross-country ski trail.
