The V7 connecting trail is part of the over 200-kilometer Ausseerland trail network in the  Salzkammergut. It connects the Sonnenalm district with the Obersdorf trail (M5),
opening up further possibilities for varied combination loops around Bad Mitterndorf.

The trail is groomed for both classic and skating styles.The easy route through the winter landscape invites you to enjoy cross-country skiing, while the wide passages offer enough space
for athletic cross-country skiing sessions. Beginners in particular appreciate the pleasant route.
