In the compensation distillery, the alcohol is 100% derived from the fruit, which is clearly noticeable!
Two of the own varieties have already received an award. "Lisis Zirberl" is a must-try.
Interested guests will be shown the facility during a tour and how the various types of schnapps are created. It will be demonstrated what is important in the production of a good fine spirit.
Right after that, the different varieties made from hand-picked fruits can be tasted and purchased.
Monday and Tuesday is a day of rest.
