A cozy alpine hut in the midst of fantastic nature at about 1.000 meters above sea level can be found on the Steinitzenalm.

Organic farmers Bernadette and Paul live with their family on the alp all summer. Above all, local delicacies are offered, such as hearty soup, Styrian doughnuts, typical sweets or a traditional snack. Cozy hut flair and rural cultural landscape invite everyone to stay.

The cozy alpine hut at about 1,000 meters above sea level can be reached as a hiking destination with a walking time of about 45 minutes coming from Mühlreith, and about 75 minutes coming from Bad Mitterndorf. Cyclists are also warmly welcomed by Bernadette and her family - only a few 100 meters from the hut, the "Dachsteinrunde" (hiking and biking) passes by.
