The glaring lack of high quality fish from Austria motivated us to strengthen our region in exactly this direction. The enthusiasm for the production of noble catfish was quickly awakened. With the special form of circular economy it is possible for us to produce fish locally, saving water and preventing long transport routes to the consumer.

Uncontaminated by any medication (antibiotics), our fish grows up in the best Hinterberg drinking water.
