Raus in die Natur - Nature experiences

The nature and experiential educator Jürgen Freller guides people in consciously utilizing the regenerative power of nature. In the nature and forests of Ausseerland it is about "Out into Nature" to recharge energy and clear the mind.

Among the range of offerings are courses on forest bathing, silence seminars, individual nature space coaching, as well as nature and experiential education to prevent burnout, strengthen the psyche, and reduce everyday stress. Whether in an individual one-on-one setting or in a shared group setting for team building for companies, classes, and schools: In various courses, well-founded methods for deceleration, promoting mindfulness, and strengthening inner balance are imparted.
