In the new panorama veranda of the Klangwerkstatt, yoga and yogilates with Romana are a great way to relax and recharge your batteries.
The Mindful Movement, Yoga and Pilates teacher Romana Wasmaier combines various forms of movement with conscious breathing in her exercise sessions. With her open and heartfelt nature, she succeeds in inspiring and showing how to achieve a new attitude towards life with simple and targeted exercises. Romana is responsive to all wishes and problems and accompanies her students with joy and enthusiasm on their individual path.
Dates: Basically every Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Additional Pilates and Yogilates classes are held during the vacations.
