Children with a height of 110 centimeters or more are allowed to ride alone.

Smaller children can easily be taken along in the front.

• Minimum height for solo riders: 110 centimeters (younger children can be easily taken along in the front)
• Sledding is only allowed with sturdy footwear – no ski boots!
• The wearing of a ski helmet is mandatory for children.
• The transportation of sleds brought along by yourself is not permitted.
• Intoxicated persons will not be transported.
• We recommend wearing a ski helmet, ski goggles, and ski pants.

Do I need to register for sledding?

No, registration is not required as it operates on a "first come, first serve" basis. You need to purchase sledding chips on-site and can then simply grab one of our 75 rental sleds and go sledding. If all sleds are in use, the waiting time for the next available sled is usually under 5 minutes.

Based on experience, the surge of sledders is less between 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and therefore it is usually possible to get a sled without waiting.

Can I bring my own sled?

Only our TÜV-certified sleds, which are equipped with appropriate safety devices, may be transported.

Can I reserve a sled?

75 sleds are available on-site. Sled reservations are not possible. To ensure smooth sledding operations, the sled must be returned to the sled stand as soon as the sledding party is interrupted or concluded. This way, it will be available for free takeout again.

Can we sit on one sled together?

Yes, but only one child accompanied by a person aged 15 years or older.

Two children are not allowed to be transported together to avoid corresponding safety risks.

Transporting two adults would exceed the maximum allowable transport weight of the sled.

Is it possible to sled during the day?

Generally yes, however, this is only possible during low ski operation with the explicit consent of the lift staff. If interested, it’s best to contact us by phone at +43 664 17 223 35 in advance.

I would like to sled with my group outside of the regular sledding calendar - what should I do?

Besides the regular sledding evenings, larger groups have the option to contact us by email or phone to arrange a special date. Special flat rates will apply for this.
