The museum of local history, run by the Strick family, abounds with historic treasures.
On display are pieces of furniture, books, dishes, weapons, and a collection of rocks.Furthermore there is a display of the masks and costumes of the famous "Nikolospiel" (St. Nicholas Play) which takes place in Bad Mitterndorf every year. Around Christmas there is also a Christmas crib exhibition.
Opening hours from October to May, every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
