Sonja from LIVIN YOGA offers yoga classes in Bad Mitterndorf (in the Woferlstall). In the yoga units, which are basically in the style of "Hatha Yoga", relaxation exercises and meditation are just as much a part as the sun salutation, the various asanas (postures) as well as breathing exercises or sometimes a mantra; and in the unit for yogi:nis with previous experience also flows.´
