On my tours in summer and winter I take you outside to experience and feel the power and uniqueness of nature. And sometimes also to experience your own mind and your own body anew - on a hike in the warming sunrays on the mountain, in the spicy air of forest bathing, a tent night with campfire and starry sky, a winter night in a self-built igloo, watching the reindeer high in the north and evening northern lights, or simply on a stressless tour off the beaten track, without cell phone, without many words, or..............!

We experience all these things together, far away from stress and hectic, find back to ourselves, to our doing and acting outside our everyday life. Important things suddenly become unimportant, other things take the place, our mind becomes free and our view clear again - simply outside!
