Tauplitz

The rustic Hechl Hut is located in Gnanitz, about nine kilometers away from the town Tauplitz and offers an idyllic rest spot in the midst of nature.

Gnanitz is easily accessible via various hiking trails and invites excursions of different difficulty levels. Those who value coziness can drive to the nearby parking lot and then take a stroll along an approximately 3.8-kilometer forest path to the Hechl Hut.

The hut host "Vefi" is available from Whitsun to October each from Thursday to Sunday starting at 11:00 AM at the Alm and treats guests to regional delicacies. The Alm coffee and the homemade pastries are particularly recommended.

In the Hechl Hut you can book barbecue evenings for birthday parties, excursions, or other events. If desired, a musician can also be organized to create additional atmosphere.&d:br>
