Children taller than 110 cm may ride alone.

Smaller children can easily be taken between the legs

- Minimum height for single rider: 110 cm (small children can easily be taken between the legs)

- Tobogganing is only permitted with sturdy shoes - no ski boots!

- It is not permitted to transport toboggans you have brought with you.

- Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be transported.

We recommend wearing a ski helmet, ski goggles and ski pants

Do I have to register for tobogganing?

No, registration is not required as it works according to the "first come, first serve" principle. You have to buy toboggan chips on site and then you can simply grab one of our 75 rental toboggans and start tobogganing. If all toboggans are in use, the waiting time for the next free toboggan is usually less than 5 minutes. Experience has shown that the toboggan run is less frequent between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and therefore a toboggan can be obtained – usually without waiting.

Can you take your own toboggan with you?

Only our TÜV-certified toboggans that have the appropriate safety devices may be transported.

Can I reserve a toboggan?

75 toboggans are available on site. It is not possible to reserve toboggans. In order to enable smooth tobogganing, the toboggan must be returned to the toboggan stand as soon as the toboggan run is interrupted or ended. So it is again available for free removal.

Can two of us sit on a toboggan?

Yes, but only one child accompanied by a person aged 15 and over. 2 children may not be transported together to prevent corresponding safety risks. The transport of 2 adults would exceed the maximum permissible transport weight of the toboggan.

Is it possible to go tobogganing during the day?

Basically yes, but this is only possible with the express consent of the lift staff when the ski activity is weak. If you are interested, it is best to call us in advance on +43 664 17 223 35

I would like to go tobogganing with my group outside of the regular tobogganing calendar - what should I do?

In addition to the normal toboggan evenings, larger groups can contact us at office@grafenwiese.at or 0664/1722335 to arrange a special date. Special flat rates are charged for this. Groups of 20 or more people are requested to register by telephone.
