TOO BAD FOR THE MOTHS, this is the motto of the swap market in Altaussee, which is located on the second floor of the community center.

The social circle Altaussee has been operating the swap market in the Volkshaus in Altaussee for decades. Countless projects have been co-financed as a result.

If the clothing – mainly traditional garments – is too "valuable for moths," it can be handed in for resale. Our customers come from near and far and appreciate the bargain prices for "second-hand clothing."

On holidays and during traditional customs (Carnival, Krampus, etc.), the exchange market remains closed.
During the Christmas holidays, there may be changed opening hours.
In July and August, it is additionally open on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM ONLY for sales.
