Why do I need a hiking guide?
Our mountains, valleys, and lakes along with their untamed beauty call to us, promising unforgettable adventures. But in this breathtaking wilderness, there are also challenges and dangers that require a safe and competent experience. With my many years of experience, I take on the key role in making my guests' mountain dreams come true. As a certified mountain hiking guide, the safety of the guests is my top priority. In all route planning, many factors such as weather conditions, season, duration, terrain, and the fitness level of all participants are considered. I also want to deepen the connection to our magnificent nature with you and create moments that will stay in your memory for a lifetime.

Caution, a mobile phone does not replace a hiking guide
I ensure a safe tour preparation so that you can return to the valley healthy and with a good feeling. Just carrying a mobile phone does not guarantee reaching the desired summit or hut; the path on the smartphone may seem correct, but unfortunately, many routes are wrongly mapped on the apps, or there may be no proper reception.
As my calling as a mountain hiking guide, I stand for safety: in emergency situations, help must be sought, and this often cannot be done for various reasons (incorrect handling in stress, no alpine emergency call number, etc.).
In order for my guests to exclude all these negative factors, I want to make the vacation and life in the mountains easier, safer, more entertaining, and stress-free – more beautiful.
As a certified mountain hiking guide, I want to expand our offer and now provide guided hikes in our unique mountain world during the summer and autumn. Due to the snowy winters in Ausseerland, selective snowshoe hikes with peak moments are possible at any time.

Costs
The price varies depending on the tour, duration, number of people, and any additional exclusive costs (accommodation, shuttle, lift, etc.).
From 2026, we will offer a new program every week from Monday to Friday. To stay updated, it’s best to follow us on Instagram or Facebook. The prices are lower for day programs.
