Long ago, salt traders brought magnificent garments and Mediterranean delicacies across the Alps to our region. On Tuesday evenings, we bring this history-rich axis of flavor to life at Zloam Wirt, making the connection truly tangible on your palate. Authentic and pure, featuring the very best of Italian cuisine: crispy pinsa and fine pasta.
