“THE LOHENGRIN PROJECT – THEATER IN THE THEATER” is the new production of the independent ensemble Bluatschwitzblackbox under the direction of Jürgen Kaizik.

Performances take place at the Marianne Kopatz Cultural Center on 25.07., 01.08., 08.08., and 15.08. at 7 p.m.

With “The Lohengrin Project – Theater in Theater” the Bluatschwitzblackbox in Bad Aussee presents its new summer production and at the same time the completion of its nearly 20 years of theater work.

Author and director Jürgen Kaizik engages with Richard Wagner's Lohengrin in an unusual way and connects its biography, political ideas, and artistic vision into a multifaceted theater evening. Central questions about freedom, art, and social responsibility are addressed in an exciting mix of acting, music, and philosophical reflection.

With its experimental production, the Bluatschwitzblackbox invites you to experience Wagner from a new perspective and simultaneously marks a special cultural closing point in the diverse theater landscape of the Ausseerland. Thus, nothing stands in the way of a cultural summer evening in the Ausseerland!
