The Knödl-Alm is again offering a schnapps school, organic lamb, and dumpling specialties on opening days from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..

From September 18th to October 3rd and from October 16th to October 31st the Knödl-Alm in Bad Mitterndorf in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut invites you to a special culinary experience.

At the center are the fruit schnapps school, delicious organic lamb, and traditional dumpling specialties. Regional products, hearty specialties, and the cozy atmosphere of the Knödl-Alm make the visit a special tasting experience.
