A weekend entirely dedicated to model shipbuilding!
Free sailing, atmospheric night sailing, a joint long-distance journey along the promenade, and exciting speedboat demonstrations provide a varied program in the unique setting of Grundlsee.
On September 26th and 27th, 2026, the Model Ship Days will be hosted at Grundlsee for the first time.
It all begins on Saturday at 12 p.m. with a meeting point at the Leisure Center in Gößl, a cozy arrival, an introduction, and free sailing. The atmospheric conclusion of the day will be the Night Sail starting at 8:30 p.m. On Sunday, the Model Ship Days will continue at 10 a.m. at the music pavilion in the community park in Grundlsee.
The Model Ship Days combine the fascination of model shipbuilding with the special backdrop of Grundlsee and invite both guests and locals to an eventful event weekend in the Ausseerland.
