On September 22, 2026 the mobility festival of the market community of Bad Mitterndorf and the Climate Alliance Styria will take place in Bad Mitterndorf in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut . Quiz, shuttle test drives, a taster ride by train, and a bicycle safety course make sustainable mobility experienceable for all generations .
On September 22, 2026, the mobility festival of the market town Bad Mitterndorf will take place in Ausseerland Salzkammergut in collaboration with the Climate Alliance Styria. A varied program invites you to learn about sustainable and safe mobility and to try out various offers yourself.
The event day starts at 9:50 a.m. with the welcome by the market community Bad Mitterndorf and the Climate Alliance Styria. Following that, a bicycle safety course will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participation requires your own bicycle and a bicycle helmet.
After a one-hour break, there are two program points to choose from: A taster ride by train will go to Bad Ischl. Registration for the train ride is requested by September 18 at the latest.
Those who prefer to stay in Bad Mitterndorf can test their knowledge at the mobility quiz after the break. The Salzkammergut shuttle will then be presented and can be experienced during a test ride.
The mobility festival thus offers a varied program for all generations and demonstrates the possibilities of sustainable mobility in Ausseerland Salzkammergut. The event ends at 5:00 p.m..
