The Gosau World Traveler Helmut Pichler takes his audience on a fascinating journey through the mystical kingdoms Nepal and Bhutan in his latest adventure report. With his usual humorous, personal, and critical style, he shares his experiences at the foot of the mighty Himalaya massif and allows visitors to partake in the special moments of his journey.
The trip goes through Nepal, from the vibrant capital Kathmandu over the Chitwan National Park and the idyllic Pokhara at the foot of Annapurna to the former kingdom of Mustang with its impressive landscapes and mysterious monasteries. Another highlight is the base camp of Mount Everest at 5,364 meters above sea level.
Afterwards, it continues to Bhutan, the legendary "Land of Happiness." Pichler reports on the unique culture and spirituality of the country, from the legendary monastery "Tiger's Nest" to the impressive Buddha statue. The presentation is accompanied by stunning photographs, film scenes, and spectacular drone footage that make the unique landscape and atmosphere of the Himalaya vividly experienceable.
