An additional culinary tip in the Hoamatgfüh restaurant is the "Schmankerltag" (delicacy day) every Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
On "Schmankerltag" (delicacy day) guests are offered fresh farmer's doughnuts, homemade "Raungerl", traditional alpine coffee and real, freshly baked rye-pancakes with Styrian cheese.
The rye-pancakes, or as called here "Steirerkaskrapfen", are a typical specialty of our region: pancakes made of rye flour filled with Ennstal Steirerkäse.
