The Altausseer char! A special delicacy fresh from the Altausseer See is prepared at the Gasthof Berndl.
The popular Gasthof Berndl is located right in the town center of Altaussee. There, the freshly caught Altausseer lake trout from wild catch has arrived.
This specialty, which is fished from the crystal clear Altaussee Lake, is prepared and served in the kitchen of the traditional inn in a classic way throughout the day.
For this excellent fish dish, we recommend fine Styrian wines.
