Warm, enticing scents of cookies, oranges and pine boughs invite you to linger. Select Christmas gifts designed by local artists in a homey atmosphere. Fire bowls and hot punch warm the hands.
Contemplative songs and melodies by the Tauplitz brass band and the elementary school children frame the Tauplitz Advent Market. Santa Claus and the Christ Child distribute lovingly wrapped gifts to the children. The youth can enthusiastically bake their own Steckerlbrot with expert help.
At the life-size nativity scene in the middle of the village square, the anticipation grows for young and old for the approaching Christmas.
