Traditional holiday home with garden and terrace in an idyllic location not far from the Grundlsee

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove and direct access to the terrace, a dining room with tiled stove, the living room as well as a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe.
On the upper floor you can find the bedrooms and an additional bathroom. In the garden area there is a spacious wooden terrace as well as seating and sun loungers.

Due to its location on the hiking trail, the holiday home is the perfect starting point for hikes and walks. The Grundlsee, only 350 metres away, invites to summer bathing fun with many freely accessible beaches.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
