breakfast and a smile Waldruhe - bed
Information
The bed and breakfast Waldruhe in Grundlsee combines traditional charm with contemporary comfort – right in the heart of Ausseerland in Styria.
The over 100-year-old house was extensively renovated in 2015 and now offers stylishly furnished non-smoking rooms with French comfort beds, custom-made down duvets, modern bathrooms, as well as free fiber-optic Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs.
For guests seeking more independence, two fully equipped holiday apartments with kitchenettes are available.
A special highlight is the private area on the Traun with a swimming spot and access to the promenade – ideal for relaxing hours right at your doorstep.
The surroundings invite you to take walks, jogging rounds, or bike tours along the Traun promenade . Within a radius of two kilometers, the Grundlsee and the Altausseer See offer opportunities for swimming, fishing, or boating.
In winter, the region provides ideal conditions for cross-country skiing, tobogganing, or skiing in the surrounding ski areas.
A daily lovingly prepared breakfast featuring regional products rounds off the feel-good offering.
Personal service and a warm welcome create a family atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing stay in the midst of nature.
We are happy to be available by phone or email for inquiries regarding a stay at the Pension Waldruhe in Grundlsee!
