The apartment is one of three separate living units of the house, each with its own access and offering a high degree of privacy. With great sensitivity, Villa Lidl combines genuine "Ausseer" elements with stylish modernity, creating a harmonious atmosphere for its guests to feel comfortable.
Particular attention has been paid to a future-oriented energy concept: High-quality insulation, a photovoltaic system, and a modern air heat pump ensure energy-efficient living in harmony with nature.
From the apartment, the town center of Altaussee as well as the idyllic Lake Altaussee can be reached in approximately a 20-minute walk, enchanting guests with its natural beauty in every season. There are ample parking options directly at the house.
