The bed and breakfast built in 1872 is located directly in Bad Aussee, in the picturesque Ausseerland Salzkammergut. The large garden with swimming pond, the cozy rooms with living room atmosphere, and the scent of swiss pine wood in the summer lounge create a feeling of home.
In addition to single and double rooms, there is also a spacious suite. All rooms of the guesthouse are spacious and comfortably furnished, some also with a balcony and veranda.
Surrounded by cozy charm and living room atmosphere, a rich breakfast awaits to start the day well strengthened.
Only a few steps separate the villa from the flow of the Traun, which leads to the center of Bad Aussee in 10 minutes. In just five minutes on foot, you will find the tennis hall with tennis courts, and also an idyllic walking path leads to Altaussee. With the rental bicycles it’s easy to cycle to Grundlsee – perfect for active days in nature. In approximately four kilometers, the lake is reached, as well as the landing stage of the boat service. Here starts the three lake tour to the source of the Traun.
After your experiences, relaxation in the deck chairs in the garden, cooling off in the swimming pond, or the tranquility of the villa is on the agenda. The morning starts with a lovingly prepared breakfast with organic and local products - also with individual wishes (vegetarian, vegan).
For excursions, two rental bicycles are available, and the table tennis table is ready for fun and games.
Sustainability is a priority, therefore, electricity is largely generated from the photovoltaic system and a heat pump is used for hot water. The nearest e-charging point is approximately 500 meters away.
