Located directly on the Traun and just a few steps from the town center of Bad Aussee, the historic Villa Felsenheim awaits. The apartment features four rooms with multiple sleeping options and satin bed linen. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and canopy. The spacious kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering. A wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere, while an adjustable electric heater ensures comfort in every season.
The location combines tranquility and central infrastructure: town center, bus stop, and a large SPAR supermarket are conveniently reachable on foot. At the same time, nature practically begins at your doorstep. The villa is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike tours as well as excursions to the lakes and mountains of Ausseerland.
Hiking starts directly from the villa
A beautiful tour starts right in Bad Aussee and leads along the Klaus-Maria-Brandauer-Promenade along the altausseer Traun towards Altaussee. The shady path follows the river upstream and is pleasantly quiet and largely without significant inclines. The official tour leads over approximately 4.4 kilometers to the Seeklause at the Altausseer See and lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
