Pets are not allowed.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. If there are simultaneous requests, the first deposit received will be considered.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, where ashtrays are provided.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Please inform us directly in case of cancellation.
For fresh bed linen or if you want your beds to be changed, please contact us.
