<p>Conditions</p>
- There is no daily room cleaning; we are an apartment house. For longer stays, we would be happy to arrange a linen and towel change.
- Illnesses, personal impediments, cancellations of events of any kind are not grounds for free cancellation and are subject to the specified deadlines and general cancellation conditions. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Here is the link to the European Travel Insurance ...
- Check-In: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Check-Out: by 10:00 AM
- Two dog-friendly rooms (Dagis and Garden Room) are available. Due to increased cleaning efforts, the fee is € 25.00 per night. Upon request, a dog bed and food bowl will be provided. Please note that when booking online, we only accept the addition of the 'extra service' dog in these two rooms.
- Breakfast is not included in the apartments. With the exception of the 'Garden Room' and 'Sarsteinblick' apartments, all have a small or fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, depending on availability, the Bel Étage offers the possibility to prepare and enjoy breakfast together with other guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment house; a designated smoking area is available in the garden.
- For our youngest guests (0 to 3 years), we are happy to provide a crib free of charge.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
