Information
The Larch Hut offers a cozy shelter for up to twelve people and is located in the heart of the Tauplitzalm. Right next to the cross-country ski trails, ski slopes and numerous hiking trails, it is surrounded by six crystal-clear mountain lakes. The hut was built from local larch wood and combines rustic coziness with modern comfort.
The alpine hut consists of two separate living units, each accommodating up to six people.
Each apartment features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, a living kitchen with a TV sofa and additional seating area, a bathroom with two sinks, and a separate WC. The amenities include a sauna, a ski boot dryer, a balcony or a terrace, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a radio/CD player. Additionally, there is a ski room, a sun terrace, parking spaces, a lawn, and a barbecue area. The entire accommodation is non-smoking.

The approach is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (toll required)
In summer, you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and taken to the hut.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
