Information
The Lacknerhütte is located on the Tauplitzalm at the foot of the Schneiderkogel.
It is equipped for a maximum of eight people and has two double rooms and one quadruple room. All rooms are furnished in a country house style and guarantee a restful sleep. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer as well as an egg cooker. There is a toilet on each floor.
On the terrace, the day can be pleasantly concluded. The slopes are easily accessible. In summer, you can directly start the Six Lakes Hike from the hut.

The approach is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (toll required)
In summer, you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left in the large parking lot at Tauplitzalm. From there, you will be picked up and taken to the hut.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
