Small, fine vacation home in a quiet location, as an ideal starting point to reach the main facilities on foot. In addition to a bedroom, a living room and an eat-in kitchen with pantry, bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a terrace and a lawn for sunbathing.

Admire the view to the Loser and immediately drive up to 1,600 meters above sea level via the Loser Panoramastraße. Various easy and challenging hikes start there. The Augststee, about 15 minutes walk from the parking lot, must be visited in any case.

via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn, take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland

from direction Vienna, Linz

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
