The immediate proximity to Grundlsee, just a few minutes' walk away, makes the house the ideal starting point for relaxing walks, swimming experiences, or boat trips. The legendary Toplitzsee can be reached directly from the front door using picturesque hiking trails.
The hiking trails to Toplitzsee are hiking and cycling trails that start right outside the door and explore the beautiful nature within a maximum radius of two kilometers.
In winter, the nearby cross-country skiing trails and ski tours invite you to enjoy the snowy landscape.
