Gasthof Elisabeth
Information
The Gasthof Elisabeth is a house with a 150-year history. It has been managed by the Elisabeth-Heim association for 100 years. The traditional house is located about two kilometers from the town center of Bad Aussee and is an ideal starting point for relaxation and nature experiences in the region.
The rooms are simply, comfortably, and rusticly furnished. A rich breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day and provides the perfect foundation for hikes, bike tours, or outings in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut.
Directly outside the door, the hiking trail to Altaussee begins. After about two kilometers along the Traun, you reach the idyllic place with its picturesque Altausseer See. During a round trip on the lake, with Austria's first solar ship, the view extends to the Dachstein massif and the Dachstein glacier.
We are happy to provide information about a stay in Bad Aussee !
