Up to six guests can enjoy the freshness of summer or winter here, spread across three bedrooms. At the same time, the house invites you to host memorable dinners or even intimate house concerts. This is a place where you can be the host for your friends.
Inside, you will find everything your heart desires. Expansive views of the Loser, Sarstein and Dachstein mountains, cosy bedrooms with private bathrooms offering generous privacy, a living room with piano and fireplace, and on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting dining area and a terrace opening onto the garden.
Here, you can spend joyful hours together, unwind, and enjoy an extra touch of comfort and that unmistakable feeling of home thanks to the Swiss stone pine beds.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, ideal for barrier-free access.
A curved wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor of the house.
Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer magnificent views of the surrounding mountains the Loser and the Dachstein.
One of these bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has a bathroom with a shower.
The garden surrounding the house becomes your private retreat, a place to spread out freely and experience all four seasons at their most beautiful.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
from direction Carinthia
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
