Our 2021 renovated vacation apartment on the first floor with private entrance, offers you direct access to the terrace and garden in the middle of Ausseerland Salzkammergut.

The light-flooded living area invites you to relax after an idyllic day in the mountains. The premises have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a spacious bedroom.

For your summer vacation, the apartment is ideally located along the R19 bike path which invites you to a round trip, or let your soul dangle at one of the surrounding bathing lakes after an extensive hike.

In winter, you can reach the start of the cross-country ski trail or the ski bus stop that takes you to Tauplitz in just a few minutes on foot.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
