The holiday apartment was completed in summer 2023 and features a fully equipped open kitchen-living area with refrigerator including freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove (induction cooktop), filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and oven.
Additionally, there is a cozy fireplace (including wood), underfloor heating, a living room with sofa and dining table, bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, sink and shower, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed, sink and wardrobes, and also a bedroom with a bunk bed.
A direct access to the large garden with terrace, BBQ, trampoline, sandbox, and football goals makes the hearts of both young and old soar.
The operation with energy from sun and wood is more than 90% energy self-sufficient throughout the real-time annual course.
