The vacation home Kleinod is a detached house in an idyllic south-facing location at an elevation of 800 meters in Bad Aussee, Austria. Built in 1960 and most recently modernized in 2025, the vacation home offers 63 m² of living space with a thoughtful layout on one level (ground floor). Two bedrooms with high-quality parquet flooring, a spacious living room with a cozy sofa corner and armchairs, and a separate dining room ensure comfort and privacy. The modern, closed kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-hob electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils. The spacious basement contains an additional 2 storage rooms for bicycles or skis. Practical extras such as a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, a garden cart, as well as a private washing machine and dryer ensure a carefree stay, even on longer trips.
The vacation home features a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and window. Towels, bath towels, bed linen, and a basic supply of toiletries are included in the rental price. A hairdryer and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort and privacy. The entire house is smoke-free; children and babies are warmly welcome. Details like free Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, and a chest of drawers complete the furnishings.

In winter, you can enjoy alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing (2 sleds are available in the house), and ice skating. Adventurous guests can go paragliding, cave hiking, or take carriage rides. Culture enthusiasts will find numerous attractions, churches, botanical gardens, and interesting museums nearby. For relaxation, guests can use 2 sun loungers, and a grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings.
A stay in the vacation home Kleinod is comfortable and uncomplicated, even for guests who value privacy and flexible arrival and departure times: contactless check-in/check-out is possible. Two free private parking spaces are available in front of the house; a car is recommended to conveniently reach the many offerings in the area. The Grundlsee and the nearest beach (with rocks) are about 4 km away, and the golf course and train station are approximately 4–5 km away. The popular ski resorts of Loser and Tauplitzalm are also nearby, with Salzburg Airport being about 100 km away.
