The tasteful 100 m² non-smoking apartment for up to eight people is located directly next to the Grimmingtherme. The house is situated in a quiet, sunny location with a view of the Grimming. The entrance to the cross-country skiing trails and the ski bus stop are right next to the house. The accommodation is an ideal starting point of many cycling and hiking trails.

The large vacation home has two bedrooms, with an extra bed possible in both bedrooms. In the living area, the pull-out couch can be converted into an extra bed for another two people. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub.

In the garden there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
