With generous 220 m² of living space, the villa accommodates up to ten people and is thus the ideal holiday home for families and friends. Four individually designed bedrooms, an additional studio, and four bathrooms provide ample space for shared experiences and relaxing retreat moments.
In the cozy living room, a crackling fireplace, a library, and the traditional Ausseer Brückl invite you to linger. The nearby Altaussee-Tressen-Runde invites you to a varied hike through idyllic forest paths, along charming promenades, and past beautiful viewpoints overlooking the Altausseer See and the surrounding mountain world. The approximately 10-kilometer-long, easy tour combines nature enjoyment with active relaxation and offers the perfect opportunity to discover the unique landscape of Ausseerland step by step.
