At the Schermer huts
Information
The enchanting mountain huts with a total of four living units for up to twelve people are located directly in the family-friendly hiking and ski area of the Tauplitzalm. They were built with local woods and offer a cozy atmosphere for young and old alike.
All huts are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC and underfloor heating as well as sleeping quarters. The layout of the sleeping rooms differs in each hut, as we had to adhere to the existing spaces.
The quiet location near the forest is the ideal starting point for many hikes across the largest lake high plateau in Central Europe.
The trails pass directly by the accommodation and the ski slope is only 100 meters away. In summer, access by private car is possible, and in winter, the parking lot is 250 meters away.
Well, curious?
We are happy to provide information by phone or email about a stay in the Schermerhütten on the Tauplitzalm!

Conditions

The ascent is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)
In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the hut.
